Todd Copeland founded Architectural Commercial Specification (ACS) in 1992 to focus on representing the finest high-end manufacturers of luxury fixtures and wellness products and to specifically service the architecture and design community.
For nearly 30 years, Copeland has specified fine product lines for some of the most iconic hotels and residential projects all around the world, including Wynn Las Vegas, Four Seasos St. Petersburg, Relaince Tower Mumbai, Park Lane Honolulu, Waldorf Astoria New York and Marina Bay Sands Singapore. The ACS model was developed to represent a variety of the leading brands in the luxury space and to provide the designer a single source of products that complement the prescribed design, while honoring the project budget.
Copeland and ACS have fostered close relationships with many star architects, and National developers, Related Group, Howard Hughes, Tishman Speyer who trust the products introduced to them. ACS has a proven record demonstrating how the firm's high-end luxury product lines create additional and long-lasting value to internationally acclaimed projects.
Copeland is a graduate from the University of California Los Angeles with a degree in Political Science. He was born and raised in the West Los Angeles, and lives in Santa Barbara and Los Angeles.
